All funds for sign-ups will be taken by Victor James. Each parent that pays will be given a signed receipt by Victor James. No Coach, General Manager, Team Mom, Commissioner, etc… shall handle/collect any monies. All fundraisers are to be cleared by the LACS Board of Directors before starting. Any unauthorized fundraisers will be terminated and prosecuted by law.
All staff members are encouraged to participate in giving input into the operations of any LACS activities via the committee process. Snack Bar Committee helps with preparing the snack bar on Saturdays. Inventory merchandise before and after sales. Monitors the gate at all home games, keeping outside food out of the park.
Conflicts will naturally arise from time to time between coaches, parents, staff and fans. To safely manage these conflicts, we ask coaches, general managers, and team moms to inform the LACS Board of any potential problems.
Lynwood Athletics Community Services maintains and consistently applies a single standard of discipline to all coaches, players, parents, staff and volunteers. The purpose of the organization’s discipline policy is to maintain a fun environment conducive to learning the fundamentals of sports and life. To ensure that we provide due process to all issues behavior related, our investigations shall be full, fair, and equal.
Terrorist threats against and staff, volunteers, players, general managers, etc… will have serious consequences. 1.) A person may be arrested. 2.) A terrorist threat shall include any statement, whether written or oral, by a person who makes a credible threat to commit a crime which would result in death or great bodily injury to another person or property damage in excess of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) with the specific intent that the statement is to be taken as a threat, even if there is no intent to carry it out.
Under no circumstances are LACS names on apparel are to be reproduced or sold by outside vendors, parents, coaches, or staff members without written permission from the LACS Board of Directors.
LACS has established a safety policy to provide safe conditions for all parents, players, coaches, and staff. LACS recognizes its responsibility to furnish a safe place for visitors, players and the general public, and to maintain and enforce a program to fulfill this responsibility. Therefore, it shall be considered that each staff member, coach, etc…be responsible to ensure their own safety and the health of all the players that participate in LACS football/cheer program. Coaches and Staff at all times, while on school property, conduct themselves and perform practice in a safe manner, consistent with safety rules, policies, procedures, and the provisions of LACS policies and procedures.
