Victor is a product of Lynwood as he attended Mark Twain, Hosler where he was student body president and Lynwood High where he was varsity baseball. He has served the City of Lynwood youth for over 25 years; his career path took him to a role of public service in which he is the Director of two nonprofit agencies serving the homeless in our community He has truly made an impact on all that he has done, and he embraces his role as a community giant.
